Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather or local restrictions. We'll keep you updated if your order is affected.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately — we can only update it before dispatch.
Delivery Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation once your order is delivered. If it's marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us right away.
