Changed your mind? Here's how order cancellations work.
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they're dispatched. Simply contact our support team with your order number.
After Dispatch
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You're welcome to request a return once the item is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund Process
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are simply not charged.
